Responsibilities:

As SHIELD’s Platform Engineer (CRM/ERP), you will be responsible for solutioning, understanding and implementing MS Dynamics solutions mainly for the accounting function and  to manage, optimize, and scale our Salesforce CRM ecosystem. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and take a hands-on approach to creating and executing impactful solutions.

  • Demonstrate technical knowledge to design and code Dynamics 365 application modules according to functional specifications.
  • Implement and maintain Salesforce workflows, Flows, validation rules, and automation solutions using declarative tools while ensuring governance best practices are followed.
  • Develop test scripts to ensure the applications meet quality standards.
  • Optimise workflows – such as data extraction from usage dashboard to automate invoice generation.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and deploy innovative automation solutions that increase efficiency and standardisation.
  • Enforce data hygiene best practices to maintain a clean and structured CRM, improving reporting accuracy and user trust.
  • Troubleshoot errors and issues.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and design technical solutions.
  • Stay up to date with current Dynamics 365 and Salesforce insights and trends.
  • Evaluate and deploy Finance-related/Salesforce - Related AI tools to automate manual tasks, optimize workflows, and improve data-driven decision-making.
  • Support high-priority initiatives and strategic projects, while handling ad hoc assignments as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in solutioning, delivery or support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Good written and communication skills
  • Strong work ethics and performance-driven
  • Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
