Responsibilities
- Develop sales within the assigned territory.
- Provide technical support to customers and partners regarding new materials and technologies.
- Promote innovative products, systems, and integrated solutions through the company's commercial network.
- Manage and develop relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Collaborate with architects, engineering consultants, and design offices to secure material specifications in construction projects.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and competing products.
- Participate in trade fairs, product presentations, and technical events.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional experience in building materials sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (a degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline will be considered an asset).
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and target-achievement skills.
- Experience and confidence in working with design consultants, engineering firms, and construction companies.
- Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet applications.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
- Strong team spirit and professional integrity.
