Porsche Singapore is seeking an experienced Porsche Consultant (Pre-owned) to optimise sales and profitability, while building trust and delivering exceptional customer care throughout the purchase and ownership lifecycle. The successful candidate will serve as a brand ambassador, strengthening Porsche Singapore’s position as the authorised and preferred dealer for pre-owned Porsches and promoting the Porsche Approved Programme to customers. This role will report to the Manager of Pre-owned Car Sales.

  • Conduct customer consultations throughout the sales process, acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on the Porsche brand, history, products, services, and technologies, while ensuring a thorough understanding of vehicle specifications, features, and performance to offer expert guidance.
  • Deliver an exceptional purchase and ownership experience with seamless, consistent care across the entire lifecycle, while identifying opportunities for repurchase or additional products and services to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the well-being and hospitality of all Porsche Studio visitors, engaging emotionally to create excitement, build trust, and foster long-lasting relationships with both customers and stakeholders.
  • Manage and optimise the entire pre-owned sales funnel, process, and documentation, including updating customer data in CRM@Porsche (C@P), and coordinating test drives, financing options, insurance, and trade-in offers.
  • Support marketing events and campaigns by hosting and networking with participants and customers, driving excitement and interest to convert leads into sales, including nurturing cold leads into warm ones.
  • Meeting monthly, quarterly and annual targets with required KPI penetration.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned, including managing vehicle movements, photo taking compliance of preowned vehicles for advertisement postings and logistics, conducting quality and presentation checks in line with brand standards, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to oversee the Porsche refurbishment process (e.g., 111-point check).
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, standards, and company policies.

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in sales, preferably in the Automotive industry within the luxury segment
  • Proven track record of success in new car sales
  • A passion for the Porsche brand and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, dedicated to supporting one another in achieving organisational goals.
  • Proactive in engaging stakeholders and ensuring timely follow-up with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Self-driven with a proactive learning attitude
  • Proficient in MS Office and other technology tools and systems
  • Required to perform shift work including weekday evenings, weekends & public holidays
  • A valid class 3 driving license with a clean driving record and at least 4 years of driving experience
