About the role

Solarvest
  • Provide day-to-day documentation and administrative work for the execution of projects.
  • Document filling and sorting as per project needs.
  • Control of the inbound and outbound of project documents.
  • Records and produces meeting minutes.
  • Prepare and ensure all project reports are up to date.
  • Work with internal parties as per project needs.
  • Work with internal and/or external parties such as TNB, consulting firms, local authorities, licensing matters, and documentation.
  • Site visit as and when required.
  • Contribute, comply, and be committed to the company's quality, health, safety, and environmental management system by making sure it is fully compliant with international standards, legal compliances, local regulations, and any code of practice.
  • The above job specifications are by no means exhaustive. Additional responsibilities may be given to you as and when it is deemed necessary.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Posted own transportation.
  • Able to work on weekend and public holidays as when required.
  • Minimum 2 years experiences in Document Control.
  • Minimum 2 years experiences in Government Liaison.
  • Minimum 2 year working experiences in related field.
  • Willing to travel as when required.
