About the role

JODAYN

Candidates should have strong capabilities in innovation management and experience working in consulting environments, particularly in projects related to Digital Government Authority (DGA) – Qiyas innovation requirements.

Requirements

  • Lead innovation consulting engagements with clients from government .
  • Design and implement innovation frameworks, governance models, and innovation strategies.
  • Provide advisory support on innovation management systems and institutional innovation programs.
  • Facilitate high-level innovation workshops, ideation sessions, and solution design activities.
  • developing innovative solutions aligned with Qiyas innovation requirements and national digital transformation initiatives.
  • preparation of consulting deliverables including strategies, reports, and presentations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 4+ years of experience in consulting , innovation management, or strategy development.
  • Experience working with government entities and consulting firms.
  • Strong knowledge of innovation frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience in leading innovation workshops, hackathons, and ideation programs.
  • Advanced skills in presentation development, stakeholder engagement, and consulting communication.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI).
