This position requires a professional who is adept at steering operational readiness initiatives, implementing best practices, and ensuring our exciting entertainment and leisure offerings are primed for launch. You will work collaboratively with a diverse team to create unforgettable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute operational readiness plans for new and existing projects, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s strategic objectives.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to identify operational requirements and support successful project delivery.
- Conduct readiness assessments to evaluate operational capacity and identify potential gaps, recommending solutions for improvement.
- Lead the design and implementation of training programs to prepare teams for optimal operational performance.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational readiness and post-launch performance.
- Proactively identify risks to operation and develop mitigation strategies to ensure seamless project execution.
- Promote a culture of guest-centric service by ensuring operational strategies enhance guest experiences.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,
· 5+ years of experience in operational management, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, or project management sectors.
