We at Coforge are hiring Backend Engineer with the following skill set.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions with a strong focus on Java-based applications.
• Implement and integrate Python components to support data processing and AI-related workflows
• Build and interact with Large Language Models (LLMs), including making API calls and implementing agentic loops
• Develop and utilize intelligent agents, ensuring effective orchestration and task automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and efficient system architectures.
• Work with Model Context Protocol (MCP), applying practical knowledge to integrate and optimize workflows.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and performance.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Solid background in Java development.
• Experience with Python programming.
• Practical experience working with LLMs beyond standard tools (e.g., experience with APIs, agentic loops, and building agents).
• Understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP), with the ability to explain its concepts and functionality.
• Eclipse RCP experience is a plus.
