  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic partnership plan that aligns with overall business goals.
  2. Research and identify potential partners across industries, markets, and sectors.
  3. Initiate discussions and negotiations to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
  4. Foster strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring ongoing communication and alignment of objectives.
  5. Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, needs, and escalations.
  6. Develop joint marketing campaigns, promotions, and activities that leverage the strengths of both parties.
  7. Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships, tracking key metrics and outcomes.
  8. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, outlining the value generated from partnerships.
  9. Seek out innovative partnership models and emerging trends that could benefit our business.
  10. Manage the budget allocated for partnership initiatives, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  2. At least 3-5 years proven experience in strategic partnership management, business development, or related roles.
  3. Experience of credit card marketing is the most preferable.
  4. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective relationship building.
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and measure partnership performance.
  6. Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  7. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and identify emerging opportunities.
  8. Familiarity with legal and contractual aspects of partnerships.
  9. Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends.
