In this role, you will be responsible for managing the COO’s schedule, coordinating meetings, handling confidential correspondence, and ensuring efficient communication between the COO and internal/external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a professional with excellent organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executive leadership.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
