We are a fast-growing US Solar & Energy solutions provider, transforming how homeowners adopt clean energy. Our marketing engine is the core revenue generator — and we are looking for a proven Performance Marketing Leader to take it to the next level.

This role will directly own US-market customer acquisition and scale profitable growth across paid media, funnel optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

Role Overview

As the Head of Performance Marketing – B2C, you will be responsible for turning marketing into a predictable, scalable revenue engine. You will define strategy, lead execution, build a high-performance team, and drive measurable growth across Meta, Google, and additional US acquisition channels.

This role works closely with US Sales leadership and the Founder to ensure the highest quality solar leads that convert into appointments and revenue.

  • 10+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing with proven lead generation outcomes.
  • 5–8+ years of B2C marketing experience — preferably in high-velocity consumer acquisition.
  • Mandatory: Proven success executing US Market performance campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ownership of large monthly media budgets with strong ROI delivery.
  • Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, CRMs, and Landing Page builders.
  • Experience in startup or hyper-growth environments where rapid experimentation is critical.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in funnel metrics (CAC, CPS, LTV, cohorts, unit economics).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder alignment, and leadership collaboration with US teams.
  • Strategic thinker with execution excellence — bias toward speed, experimentation, & accountability.
  • Comfortable working U.S. Pacific Hours (Night Shift in India).

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

  • Own performance marketing strategy aligned with US revenue targets and CAC/LTV goals.
  • Plan channel mix, budgets, pacing, and performance KPIs (CPL, CPS, CAC, ROI).
  • Build & lead a team across media buying, content, creative, analytics, and marketing ops.

Performance Marketing Execution

  • Execute and optimize Meta, Google Ads & high-velocity US lead generation campaigns.
  • Launch new channels such as YouTube, TikTok, Programmatic, and Affiliate partnerships.
  • Design & scale full-funnel performance from ad → landing page → booked appointment.

Funnel Optimization

  • Improve conversion rates via CRO, A/B testing, remarketing, and sales feedback loops.
  • Manage tracking, attribution, and reporting across CRM + analytics platforms.
  • Ensure real-time insight into spend efficiency and unit economics.

Brand Presence & Creative

  • Oversee website performance, landing pages, UX, and brand messaging.
  • Drive creative development for ads, videos, and customer-facing assets.
  • Manage agency/vendor relationships while keeping core strategy in-house.

Execution Excellence

  • Create playbooks, SOPs, dashboards, and scalable processes for reliable growth.
  • Collaborate closely with US sales to refine targeting and improve lead quality.
