🏢 Job Description: Revit Specialist (Draftsman / Architectural Designer)

Overview

We are seeking a Revit Specialist to support our interior design and architectural documentation projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Revit and capable of producing detailed drawings, floor plans, elevations, and 3D models from concept through construction documentation. This role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of interior design principles, and the ability to deliver high-quality renderings and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce accurate Revit drawings and 3D models for residential and commercial interior projects.
• Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction documentation with precision.
• Create presentation renderings, layouts, and visualizations to support design concepts.
• Coordinate and implement design revisions in collaboration with the project team.
• Manage drawing sets, details, and documentation standards.
• Work closely with designers and project managers to ensure design intent is fully realized.
• Meet multiple project deadlines with a proactive and organized approach.

🎓 Qualifications

Required

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit with demonstrated experience in architectural drafting and modeling.
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles and construction documentation standards.
• Ability to produce high-quality renderings and visual presentations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.

Preferred (not required)

• Experience with SketchUp, AutoCAD, or Enscape.
• Familiarity with rendering workflows and presentation graphics.
• Background in residential and commercial interior design projects.
