As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will provide strategic and technical leadership across multiple high-impact sectors, helping shape digital transformation initiatives and identify technology-driven opportunities. This role is centered on advising stakeholders on innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, accessibility, scalability, and global competitiveness across diverse business environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide expertise in digital banking, payment systems, open banking, blockchain, AI-driven financial services, and financial inclusion technologies.
- Support initiatives reshaping the financial landscape through secure, efficient, and user-centric platforms.
- Ensure alignment with cybersecurity, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Advise on smart property technologies, digital asset management systems, IoT-enabled infrastructure, and data-driven property valuation tools.
- Support solutions that enhance property value, operational efficiency, and livability through technology integration.
- Provide insight into digital underwriting, claims automation, embedded insurance, AI risk assessment, and customer experience platforms.
- Support technology adoption strategies to expand insurance accessibility and operational efficiency.
- Advise on digital learning ecosystems, LMS platforms, AI-powered education tools, data analytics in learning, and hybrid delivery models.
- Support initiatives transforming learning experiences for digital learners and workforce upskilling programs.
- Guide digital transformation strategies, cloud adoption, automation, SaaS integration, and scalable tech infrastructure.
- Support ecosystem development, innovation enablement, and technology-driven business acceleration.
- Provide expertise in omnichannel commerce, digital payment integration, AI-driven customer analytics, supply chain digitization, and last-mile technologies.
- Support strategies that expand business reach into regional and global markets through digital platforms.

- Deep domain expertise across Banking & FinTech, Real Estate & PropTech, Insurance, EdTech, Startups & SMBs, Retail/Ecommerce, and Logistics
- Strategic thinking and strong business acumen
- Business consulting / advisory mindset
- Experience advising stakeholders on innovative solutions, engaging with senior stakeholders and business leaders, and acting as a trusted advisor
- Experience facilitating discovery and consultation sessions and driving alignment and collaboration
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field aligned with the area of expertise
- 8–10 years of industry experience in IT, digital transformation, or technology advisory
- Relevant certifications in cloud, cybersecurity, data analytics, or project management
- Evidence of continuous learning through industry trainings, conferences, thought leadership activities, published insights, frameworks, best-practice contributions, or facilitation and advisory experience
- Eligible to work in the Philippines
- Able to work 2 days per week on-site
- Master’s degree or postgraduate studies in a relevant discipline are an advantage
