Job Summary

We are seeking a high-energy, independent Mid-Level SDR to join an AI-native startup revolutionizing B2B customer support. This company has built a platform that transforms support from a cost center into a powerful revenue engine, using AI agents and intelligence to detect churn and surface upsell opportunities. As an early member of the sales team, you will be responsible for fueling the growth engine by identifying high-value prospects and securing meetings for the sales team. If you are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a pivotal role in scaling a global SaaS business, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify leads using LinkedIn, internal newsletters, and various lead generation sources.
  • Conduct daily multi-channel outreach via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and phone to secure demos.
  • Manage high-volume prospecting to meet and exceed the target of 30 booked demos per month.
  • Source and verify prospect contact data, including emails and phone numbers.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with the sales team to ensure a smooth hand-off of qualified opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate data and activity tracking within the company CRM.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in South Africa.
  • Availability: Ability to work a strict EST (Eastern Standard Time) shift, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Independence: Proven ability to work autonomously and manage your own output without constant oversight.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Drive: A results-oriented mindset focused on meeting and exceeding pipeline targets.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with Attio or similar modern CRM platforms.
  • Proven track record in Cold Calling and Cold Emailing.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Outreach and Influencer Outreach strategies.
  • Experience in the SaaS or Tech industry.
  • Background in CRM Administration and meticulous Data Entry.
  • Skill in taking detailed meeting notes and managing professional follow-ups.
