As a Process Excellence Specialist (Generalist), you will play a key role in driving cross-functional operational improvement initiatives across multiple business functions, including shared services, finance, HR, procurement, and other enterprise operations. You will leverage Lean methodologies, process redesign, analytics, and automation opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and business performance while partnering with stakeholders across the organization to deliver sustainable operational excellence.

What you'll do
- Lead process mapping, analysis, and redesign initiatives across multiple business functions to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
- Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and non-value-added activities, and develop future-state processes that drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct structured root cause analysis using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to diagnose operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Analyze operational performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
- Develop business cases that quantify the impact and value of improvement initiatives, and monitor results after implementation.
- Identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI to streamline business processes and enhance operational performance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including AI and Automation specialists, to implement digital solutions and support change adoption.
- Manage multiple process improvement projects simultaneously by defining project scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to standardize processes and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
What you'll bring
- Proven experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Process Improvement roles.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent Lean certification.
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience in process mapping, workflow redesign, and operational optimization.
- Ability to quickly understand new business functions, processes, and operational challenges.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.
- Strong adaptability and the ability to work across multiple business domains in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of BPMN and experience using process mapping tools such as Signavio, Visio, or similar platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
