Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale transformation programs in the telecommunications sector, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical, operational, and marketing units, to develop and implement comprehensive transformation strategies.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels, ensuring effective communication and engagement throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Monitor program performance, analyzing metrics and making data-driven decisions to optimize project outcomes.
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies associated with program delivery, implementing contingency plans as necessary.
  • Develop and present program updates and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders, demonstrating progress against objectives.
  • Champion best practices, process improvements, and innovative solutions within the organization and the telecommunications industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 18+ years of experience in project and program management within the telecommunications or technology industries.
  • Strong understanding of telecom operations, technology trends, digital transformation initiatives, and market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large, complex transformation projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience utilizing data to drive decision-making.
  • Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership and external partners.
