What you will do:Β 

  • Onboard and train TheFork Partners on TheFork Manager, our restaurant booking management solution (ERB)

  • Ensure Partners adopt the tool on a daily basis, helping them streamline and improve their service management

  • Guide Partners through their digital transformation, ensuring a smooth transition and strong engagement

  • Generate interest by demonstrating the value and opportunities of upgrading their ERB

  • Re-train Partners on TheFork Manager and proactively propose refresh sessions whenever needed

  • Continuously improve training techniques and identify best practices to maximize impact

  • Guarantee an excellent Partner experience throughout the onboarding journey

  • Bring structured feedback from the field to improve our ERB, in collaboration with the Product Team

Who you are:

You Must Meet These Critical QualificationsΒ 

  • Native level French and fluency in English

  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage a wide variety of stakeholders

  • Team player mindset: passionate, open-minded, with a touch of humor

  • Great stamina and flexibility in a fast-paced environment

You Can Impress With These Additions

  • Previous experience in similar roles (training, onboarding, customer success, implementation, support, sales)

  • Experience working with a CRM (Salesforce is a strong plus)

  • Interest in tech, hospitality, and partner enablement / product adoption
