About the role
We are looking for an eCommerce Manager to own the day-to-day performance of a DTC brand's online store. This is a hands-on, generalist role for someone who likes owning the whole store, not just one slice of it: merchandising products, launching campaigns, watching the numbers, and turning traffic into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Own daily operations of the Shopify store, including product uploads, collections, landing pages and content updates.
- Plan and run the promotional calendar: discounts, bundles, product drops, etc.
- Optimize product pages, on-site search, and checkout to improve conversion rate and average order value.
- Manage the marketplaces the brand sells on (Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart), including listings, content, and catalog health.
- Keep the catalog accurate across pricing, images, descriptions, tags, and inventory.
- Track performance in GA4 and platform analytics, identify what is working, and act on it.
- QA the site across devices before launches, and coordinate fixes with developers.
- Partner with paid, email, and creative teams so the site reflects every campaign and customer journey.
Requirements
- 3+ years running eCommerce for a DTC or online brand
- Hands-on Shopify experience, including storefront management, apps, and troubleshooting
- A track record of owning store performance: conversion rate, AOV, and revenue
- Comfortable with analytics tools (GA4, Shopify reports) and turning data into decisions
- Experience with at least one marketplace (Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop, or similar)
- Strong organization and the ability to manage launches, promotions and fixes
- Ability to work during U.S. work hours (PT/ ET)
Benefits
- Remote work, forever
- Competitive USD pay
- Health insurance stipend
- WFH stipend
- Education stipend
- Co-working membership
- Training modules access
- Annual performance review
- 10 PTO days per year
