Job Summary

We are looking for a high-performing Meta Ads Manager to join our growth team and drive scalable results. In this role, you will be the primary architect of our paid social strategy, responsible for managing significant budgets and converting impressions into tangible revenue. If you are a data-driven media buyer who thrives on testing, optimizing, and staying ahead of the shifting digital advertising landscape, this is the perfect opportunity to make a measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and manage end-to-end Meta ad campaigns (Facebook and Instagram).
  • Monitor daily performance and adjust bidding, budgets, and targeting to hit aggressive ROAS and CPA targets.
  • Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to identify winning formulas.
  • Analyze complex data sets to provide actionable insights and weekly reports on account health.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to brief in high-converting assets based on performance data.
  • Stay updated on iOS updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Media Buyer with a specific focus on Meta Ads.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing and scaling large monthly spends profitably.
  • Deep understanding of the Meta Ads Manager platform, including Pixel management, Conversions API, and Catalog setups.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic optimizations.
  • Proficiency in direct-response copywriting and a sharp eye for high-performing visual creative.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Experience with multi-channel attribution tools (e.g., Triple Whale, Northbeam).
  • Familiarity with additional paid social platforms like TikTok or Pinterest.
  • Background in e-commerce or DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) industries.
