SIXT is looking for a Rental Sales Agent to join our team at our branch in Aktion on a fixed-term contract during the seasonal period.

Key responsibilities

• Ensuring the optimal rental experience by maximizing on sales and service opportunities for every customer
• Providing excellent customer service in all customer contact situations
• Meeting all sales and service standards
• Preparing the rental agreement while advising on and up selling vehicles and optional extras to the customer according to their needs
• Preparing, valeting, and checking vehicles to a high standard
• Collecting and delivering vehicles between branches
• Damage reporting
• Refueling

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service and/or Sales of services preferably from the rental car industry

• High School Degree / Academic degree is nice to have ideally in the field of Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration
• Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken)
• Experience with MS Office suite
• Focus on creating exceptional customer experiences with a customer-centric approach
• Valid driver’s license (category B)

• Flexibility to work in shifts
