We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Frontend Engineer with 3–6 years of experience in building scalable, user-centric web and mobile applications using React.js and React Native. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in modern frontend development practices, component-based architecture, responsive design, and mobile-first application development. You will work closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences across platforms.

As a Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for developing intuitive and high-performing applications that enhance user engagement and ensure seamless functionality. You should have a deep understanding of JavaScript, frontend frameworks, state management libraries, API integrations, and cross-platform mobile development.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js.
• Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native for Android and iOS platforms.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into high-quality interactive interfaces.
• Develop reusable components and frontend libraries for future use.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, responsiveness, and performance.
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Ensure consistency in UI behavior and responsiveness across devices and screen sizes.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best development practices.
• Work closely with backend developers and product teams in an Agile development environment.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making processes.
• Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies, frameworks, and development trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in frontend development.
• Strong expertise in React.js and React Native.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or MobX.
• Strong understanding of component lifecycle, hooks, and functional programming concepts.
• Experience in developing responsive and adaptive user interfaces.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
• Understanding of mobile app deployment processes for Android and iOS.
• Experience with Git/version control systems.
• Knowledge of debugging tools, performance optimization, and testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative development workflows.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Exposure to Next.js or similar React frameworks.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows.
• Understanding of mobile performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with Firebase, GraphQL, or cloud-based integrations.
• Experience working with design systems and reusable UI component libraries.
