About the role
Your mission
We're looking for a Senior Allbound Operations Manager to become the analytical and operational engine of our Marketing Systems pod. You'll own the tools, data, and workflows that help our marketing organization understand what's driving growth and execute with confidence — from account-based marketing (ABM) and channel analytics to campaign operations and content technology.
This is a role for someone who's equally comfortable diving into attribution reporting, configuring an ABM workflow, and operationalizing a complex marketing campaign. You think in systems, care deeply about data quality, and know how to turn insights into action. Working closely with Revenue Marketing, Sales Development, Partnerships, Brand Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Revenue Operations, you'll bridge marketing strategy and technical execution, ensuring every initiative is measurable, scalable, and built for impact.
Your responsibilities
You'll partner closely with the Senior MarTech Manager and Director of Revenue Marketing to operationalize marketing priorities and translate strategic plans into scalable execution.
You'll own our marketing analytics framework, measuring performance across channels, building trusted reporting, and delivering actionable insights that help marketing and commercial leaders make better decisions.
You'll manage the operational foundation of our allbound and ABM programs, maintaining target account lists, intent data, account scoring, and the workflows that connect marketing activity with CRM and SDR execution.
You'll own advertising operations, ensuring campaigns are correctly configured, tracked, and measured so performance data is reliable, attributable, and actionable.
You'll manage the technical implementation of personalized content experiences, ensuring they're configured correctly, aligned with campaign objectives, and measured consistently.
You'll partner with Brand Marketing and Partnerships to translate campaign requirements into clear technical briefs, coordinate delivery, and ensure every initiative has the right operational infrastructure and measurement framework.
You'll support Customer Marketing by enabling campaigns and programs through the marketing technology stack while ensuring results are tracked consistently across the customer lifecycle.
You'll collaborate closely with the SDR team to ensure marketing signals, content, and account insights flow seamlessly into sales workflows, helping both teams stay aligned on prioritization, sequencing, and performance.
You'll continuously improve marketing processes, data quality, and operational workflows to help the business scale with confidence.
Your story
You’re comfortable with a hybrid work model, spending two days per week in our London office.
You have 6+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or marketing analytics within a B2B SaaS environment.
You're confident working with attribution models, marketing data, and reporting frameworks, and know how to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You have hands-on experience with account-based marketing methodologies, including intent data, account scoring, and campaign orchestration. Experience with UserGems or a comparable platform is a plus.
You understand performance marketing fundamentals, including campaign tracking, paid media measurement, and pipeline attribution.
You have experience partnering with SDR teams and supporting allbound go-to-market motions, understanding how marketing insights and content drive successful sales engagement.
You're highly organized and comfortable balancing multiple stakeholders, translating business needs into clear technical requirements while managing expectations effectively.
You naturally think in systems, take ownership of data quality, and understand that reliable data enables better business decisions.
You're familiar with marketing and revenue technologies such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Dreamdata, ThoughtSpot, Mutiny, or similar platforms.
You speak English fluently.
