We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our team and support procurement activities within offshore, marine, or industrial production environments. The role is critical in ensuring the timely and cost-effective supply of materials, equipment, spare parts, and services necessary for operational continuity.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes (RFQs, tenders, supplier selection);
• Source materials, equipment, and services (MRO, CAPEX / OPEX);
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts with local and international suppliers;
• Coordinate closely with Robotics, Marine fleet, Operations, Maintenance, and Logistics teams;
• Monitor and expedite orders to meet critical deadlines;
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, HSE standards, and company policies;
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships and performance tracking;
• Handle urgent and operationally critical procurement requests.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field;
• 3–5 years of experience in Procurement / Sourcing;
• Proven experience within offshore energy, marine, shipbuilding, shipping, or industrial/manufacturing environments;
• Experience in procurement (equipment, consumables, services);

Skills &Competencies

• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills;
• Ability to work under pressure in demanding operational environments;
• Solid understanding of procurement processes;
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP 4Hana preferred);
• Good  level of Excel skills (data analysis & reporting);
• Good understanding of Incoterms and international trade practices;
• Excellent command of English.
