About the role 

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager with a strong focus on agency recruitment and sales to join our dynamic team. As a Area Sales Manager you will be working with the IPS Retail.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Recruit new insurance agents and establish strong relationship with clients
  • Develop and manage sales plan and strategy, develop sales channel
  • Meet and exceed KPIs through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
  • Prepare weekly and monthly report

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the agency business, experience in general insurance would be advantageous
  • Possess good communication skills with agents and with the marketing team
  • Strong networking in the agency business
  • Proficiency in English & Indonesian language
  • A wide Recruitment & Agency connection
  • Tech-savvy and agile to insurtech evironment.
