MAIN PURPOSE
Support in the development of the institutional medical activities of CAMEX, contributing to increase the profile of MSF as a medical-humanitarian actor in the region.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Contribute to expanding and maintaining a regional institutional medical network that helps position MSF as a key medical‑humanitarian actor in the region. This includes keeping the stakeholder mapping and contact lists up to date.
- Strengthen academic partnerships and collaborations in the region, in line with operational and institutional medical priorities. Propose potential scientific publications and collaborate in their development as needed.
- Promote and organize events (conferences, workshops, etc.) with internal and external MSF stakeholders around priority medical topics, in coordination with the association and other CAMEX departments as required.
- Actively participate in the organization of the MSF Latin America Scientific Days, in collaboration with BRAMU and other medical and academic actors in the region.
- Serve as the health focal point for CAMEX office staff, providing preventive health guidance and support in case of medical needs.

POSITION CONDITIONS
Base salary: $40,500.00 gross monthly.
Benefits by local legislation: 25% vacation bonus, social security, holidays by law, etc.
Benefits additional to legislation:
• Individual Experience Bonus: 2% increase in base salary per year (recognition of internal experience).
• 25 days of annual leave, up to 5 days of paid leave per year, additional public holidays, and 30 days’ year‑end bonus (aguinaldo).
• Support for minor medical expenses through reimbursement (limited), mobility support, and other benefits in accordance with MSF CAMINO policies.
Mobility Package:
• For cross‑border staff: Round‑trip flights, baggage allowance, temporary accommodation, migration‑related costs (work permit and visa), installation costs (furnishing, relocation and/or shipment of personal effects), support for renting accommodation in Mexico (one month’s security deposit and one month’s rent paid in advance), and tax advisory services, According to the policy.
