The Job: Senior Manager, Enterprise Intake Discovery

What You’ll Do

Orchestrate enterprise intake & discovery activities that enable strategic initiatives to be conceptualizedeffectively prioritized, shaped, and positioned for successful execution across the organization, in partnership with product and business stakeholders. 

  • Own and operate the enterprise intake process, serving as the single point of entry for all demand across the organization. 
  • Partner cross-functionally with business, technology, operations, PMO and enterprise stakeholders to ensure demand is surfaced early and shaped effectively
  • Maintain and continuously improve intake mechanisms, including submission frameworks, intake criteria, and service-level standards. 
  • Produce high-quality discovery artifacts including problem briefs, current-state assessments, opportunity definitions, customer journeys, service blueprints, and preliminary scope outlines
  • Leverage AI, automation, and workflow optimization tools to improve planning and reporting processes 
  • Identify and escalate systemic demand patterns, capability gaps, or recurring problem themes to inform strategic planning. 

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • 7+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, enterprise delivery, consulting, PMO, business operations, or related roles  
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and enterprise programs in fast-paced environments  
  • Experience within financial services, fintech, banking, payments, lending, or other highly regulated industries  
  • Strong strategic planning, stakeholder management, and execution management capabilities  
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, drive alignment, and operationalize strategic priorities  
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and executive presentation skills  

Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting enterprise transformation, intake and discovery, portfolio management, or strategic planning functions  
  • Experience working across business and technology teams to shape and prioritize initiatives  
  • Exposure to AI-enabled workflows, automation platforms, or operational optimization technologies  
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments  
  • Consulting or enterprise transformation office experience considered an asset
  • PMP, Agile/Scrum, Lean, or change management certifications considered an asset

Technical Skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills 
  • Structured, analytical thinker 
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity 
  • High proficiency in developing structured documents, business cases, and executive-facing materials. 

 

Education + Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, strategy, operations, technology, or related field 

SALARY RANGE: $125,000 to $140,000 yearly
