Responsibilities:

Process daily payment transactions (funds in/out), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution across both fiat and crypto channels.

Coordinate with AML, Compliance, Customer Support, Accounting, and Sales teams on all payments and back-office–related matters.

Communicate with the Company’s payment providers, banks, and crypto service providers to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth transaction flows.

Monitor international payments, blockchain confirmations, and transaction statuses, ensuring all processes align with internal policies.

Investigate payment and crypto transactions to identify suspicious activity and escalate potential financial crime concerns to the relevant teams in accordance with AML frameworks.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of payment and crypto operations procedures and take on additional responsibilities as required by business needs.

Requirements:

Professional working experience in a financial institution e.g. Banking sector and Fintech is a plus.

Business level proficiency in English (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR).

Experience using blockchain analytics tools to investigate transactions and identify potential financial crime risks (for example: Crystal, chain alalysis, etc.).

Experience in payment department (at least 1 year).

Experience in cryptocurrency sector would be considered a plus.

Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Ability to work a flexible shift schedule.

Ability to work in a team in a very dynamic environment.
