What you'll do
Partner with Recruiters to understand role requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies and search strings
Proactively identify, engage, and build relationships with passive candidates across LinkedIn, niche communities, and other channels
Build and maintain talent pipelines and talent maps for current and anticipated future hiring needs
Write compelling, personalised outreach that gets responses from hard-to-reach candidates
Conduct initial candidate screening to assess interest, availability, and basic fit before handing over to the Recruiter
Keep our ATS clean and up to date, tracking sourcing activity, response rates, and pipeline health
Continuously test and refine sourcing channels, messaging, and Boolean search techniques to improve efficiency
Stay close to market trends, talent pools, and competitor movements across the regions we hire in
What you need to have
1+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or a related talent acquisition role (junior candidates with strong sourcing potential are also encouraged to apply)
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools, and a genuine curiosity for finding talent in non-obvious places
Strong written communication skills - you know how to write outreach that gets opened and answered
Highly organised, with the discipline to manage multiple searches and pipelines at once
Comfortable working at pace, in a fast-moving, high-velocity environment
Fluent in English; additional languages relevant to our hiring markets are a plus
