Position: Full-Time Physical Therapist
Compensation: $90,000–$100,000 per year, based on experience

About the Job

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join a modern outpatient orthopedic clinic in Grandview. This position focuses on helping patients recover movement, improve strength, increase mobility, and return to everyday function through practical, patient-centered treatment.

The caseload is mainly orthopedic and musculoskeletal, and patients range from 11 to 90 years old. New graduates are encouraged to apply, and experienced PTs will find opportunities for continued clinical development.

What Your Day May Include

• Evaluating new patients and reviewing their therapy needs
• Creating treatment plans based on patient goals and physical presentation
• Guiding patients through exercise, strengthening, stretching, balance, and functional movement activities
• Providing manual therapy and mobility-based treatment when appropriate
• Teaching home exercise programs and safe movement habits
• Updating plans of care as patients progress
• Completing documentation in WebPT
• Collaborating with PTAs and fellow clinicians

Clinic Details

• Patient Volume: 7–15 patients per day
• Weekly Clinic Volume: Approximately 160–190 patient visits
• Clinical Team: 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants
• EMR System: WebPT
• Patient Age Range: 11 to 90 years old
• Primary Caseload: Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions

Schedule Options

Preferred: Four 10-Hour Days

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• Tuesday off each week

Alternative: Monday–Friday Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
• Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication, patient education, and documentation skills
• Ability to work with patients across a wide age range
