About the role
The Store Manager is responsible for leading and driving the success of the Reebok retail store by delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving sales goals, developing a high-performing team, and maintaining operational excellence. The Store Manager represents the Reebok brand and creates an engaging environment that inspires customers and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Experience
- Drive store sales performance by achieving and exceeding daily, monthly, and yearly goals.
- Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
- Analyze sales reports, identify opportunities, and execute strategies to improve performance.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business through loyalty and engagement.
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a strong team of Sales Associates and Keyholders.
- Coach employees on product knowledge, selling techniques, customer engagement, and brand standards.
- Create a positive, motivating, and inclusive store culture.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance conversations, and goal-setting sessions.
- Recognize and reward team achievements.
Store Operations
- Ensure the store consistently meets Reebok brand standards and visual merchandising expectations.
- Manage daily operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, inventory, and compliance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, reduce shrink, and support accurate shipment processing.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed.
Brand Representation
- Promote Reebok products through strong product knowledge and storytelling.
- Stay current on footwear, apparel, and fitness trends.
- Create an energetic environment that reflects Reebok’s values and lifestyle.
- Support local marketing efforts and community engagement opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of retail management experience (athletic, footwear, or apparel preferred).
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Passion for customer service, teamwork, and the Reebok brand.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience managing KPIs such as conversion, average transaction value, units per transaction, and sales goals.
- Experience with visual merchandising and inventory management.
- Ability to motivate teams and drive results through accountability.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move merchandise for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry products and supplies as needed.
