About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Admin to join our team. As a Salesforce Admin, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Salesforce platform to ensure optimal performance and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customise Salesforce to meet the needs of the business
  • Create and maintain user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets
  • Develop and implement workflows, validation rules, and process automation
  • Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales and marketing performance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions
  • Stay up to date on the latest Salesforce features and best practices
  • Provide training and support to end users as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Admin
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customisation, and integration
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, Flow Builder, and Process Automation.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
