In this role, you will lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives that enhance our hospitality offerings, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's vision and promoting an unforgettable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development of asset positioning strategies and operator selection processes
• Manage the execution of feasibility studies, asset briefs and financial modeling for high-impact projects
• Support senior team members in strategic planning and stakeholder alignment
• Manage third party consultants as required
• Oversee execution of hospitality strategy across multiple assets
• Supervise junior team members and contribute to team development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in hospitality strategy, project management, or related roles with a proven track record of leadership.
