Role Overview

We are looking for a highly structured, analytical, and commercially driven Tender Excellence Lead to establish and lead centralized tender management and opportunity qualification across our European Safe Storage organization.

This role is a key enabler for multiple sales teams, ensuring a consistent, high-quality, and disciplined approach to how we identify, evaluate, and execute tenders. You will play a critical role in improving win rates, strengthening commercial decision-making, and building scalable processes that support long-term business growth.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Operations, Finance, and Legal, combining hands-on execution with continuous improvement of tools, processes, and capabilities.

This position offers a flexible hybrid setup within Europe, requiring periodic collaboration with colleagues across different locations.

Key Responsibilities

Tender Scouting & Qualification

  • Monitor and identify relevant tender opportunities across European markets
  • Drive structured qualification processes in close cooperation with Sales teams
  • Lead go/no-go decisions, consolidating input from commercial, technical, and operational stakeholders
  • Maintain visibility and reporting of tender pipeline, status, and prioritization

Tender Leadership & Coordination

  • Own and lead tender processes end-to-end across markets and business units
  • Act as the central point of accountability for tender quality and delivery
  • Ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality submissions
  • Establish and enforce standardized methodologies, tools, and documentation

Commercial & Pricing Support

  • Provide structured pricing guidance and challenge to Sales teams
  • Ensure alignment with internal frameworks and competitive positioning
  • Support value-based selling and strong commercial positioning

Tender & Opportunity Intelligence

  • Conduct win/loss analyses and gather customer feedback
  • Build insights on competitors, pricing levels, and requirements
  • Translate findings into actionable improvements for Sales and Product teams
  • Maintain a structured knowledge base for future tenders

Process Development & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop and implement best-in-class tender processes
  • Establish governance, roles, and accountability frameworks
  • Build scalable playbooks, templates, and tools
  • Continuously improve efficiency, quality, and predictability

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a senior interface for Sales leadership across regions
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams
  • Enable Sales to focus on customers through strong internal coordination

Requirements

  • Proven experience in tender management, commercial operations, or sales excellence
  • Experience working in international, multi-market B2B environments
  • Strong understanding of pricing, commercial models, and value-based selling
  • Track record of managing complex, cross-functional processes
  • Experience in process improvement and establishing structured ways of working
  • Fluent in English
