Application packager (microsoft intune) | Remote (mexico city)

A leading Information Technology services company is seeking an experienced Application Packager to join a high-priority international project. This role focuses on enterprise application packaging, software deployment, process automation through PowerShell, and endpoint management using Microsoft Intune.

POSITION OBJECTIVE

Manage the lifecycle of enterprise applications through packaging, deployment, updates, and automation processes, ensuring the stability and efficiency of corporate IT environments. The successful candidate will contribute to endpoint management, identity administration, and advanced incident resolution while supporting modernization and digital workplace initiatives.

LOCATION

• 100% Remote position.
• Candidates must reside in Mexico City (CDMX).
• Occasional in-person meetings may be required when client representatives visit Mexico.

WORK SCHEDULE

• Monday to Friday.
• 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, create, maintain, and deploy enterprise application packages.
• Manage software deployments and updates through Microsoft Intune.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate operational and administrative tasks.
• Configure and maintain endpoint policies, compliance standards, and device settings.
• Implement and administer Windows Autopilot provisioning processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Level 3 incidents related to applications and endpoint management platforms.
• Manage identities and access through Azure Active Directory (Entra ID).
• Track and manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow.
• Administer users and licensing within Adobe and Autodesk platforms.
• Participate in continuous improvement and automation initiatives,

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher) – mandatory.
• Mid-level or Senior experience in Application Packaging.
• Proven experience administering Microsoft Intune and corporate endpoints.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Experience working within modern Microsoft environments.
• Portuguese is considered a plus but is not required.
