We are currently seeking a Junior Lighting Tester to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting tests on automotive lighting systems to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct testing of automotive lighting systems in accordance with established procedures.
2. Assist in the development of test plans and methodologies.
3. Document test results and report any defects or issues.
4. Collaborate with development and engineering teams to resolve identified issues.
5. Support the continuous improvement of testing processes.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of lighting systems and testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools and software used for testing and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
