Job Summary:
Responsible for the design, installation, operation, and maintenance of gas distribution systems within residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design internal gas distribution systems including piping, risers, and manifolds.
  • Select and size gas pipes, regulators, meters, and safety devices.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes and safety standards.
  • Supervise installation and commissioning of gas systems.
  • Perform inspection and troubleshooting of existing gas networks.
  • Lead retrofit and rehabilitation projects for old buildings.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and authorities.
  • Prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.

  • Strong knowledge of low- and medium-pressure gas systems.
  • Experience in retrofit and rehabilitation projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Petroleum, or Civil Engineering.
