π― What Youβll Be Doing
- π§ Taking ownership of Level 2 escalationsβdiagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues with confidence
- π Managing ticket queues like a proβmeeting SLAs and keeping clients informed every step of the way
- π€ Supporting the 1st Line team when it matters most (especially during busy periods)
- π Assisting with client onboarding, upgrades, and implementations across systems, hardware, and infrastructure
- π Keeping documentation sharp, accurate, and always up to date
- π‘ Spotting trends, recurring issues, and contributing to continuous service improvements
π§ What You Bring
- βοΈ Proven experience in an MSP environment (non-negotiable)
- βοΈ A strong customer-first mindsetβyou genuinely care about outcomes
- βοΈ Confidence communicating with users at all levels (from non-tech to technical stakeholders)
- βοΈ The ability to prioritise, troubleshoot, and deliver under pressure
- βοΈ A proactive, solutions-driven approachβyou donβt wait, you act
- βοΈ Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Requirements
π οΈ Your Tech Toolkit
Youβll need solid experience in:
- Microsoft Windows Server
- Windows 10/11
- Active Directory (user & group management)
- Microsoft 365 / Office 365 administration
- Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VLANs = a bonus)
Bonus points if youβve worked with:
- βοΈ Microsoft Azure
- π§° PSA tools (Autotask or similar)
- πΎ Backup & DR solutions (Veeam, Datto)
- π MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator)
