We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Dutch-speaking Inbound Sales Representative to join our client’s team for an exciting project with a global technology leader. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers calling to place orders, ask product questions, or seek assistance. Beyond processing orders, you will identify opportunities to upsell premium options and cross-sell complementary products, ensuring customers enjoy the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound calls from Dutch-speaking customers with professionalism and empathy.
  • Support customers with order placement, product information, and service inquiries.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable solutions.
  • Upsell premium products and services to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-sell complementary items to increase value for both the customer and the company.
  • Accurately process transactions and maintain records in the CRM system.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience in every interaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) and good command of English.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or a contact center environment is preferred
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and confidently present upsell/cross-sell options.
  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for technology and innovation.
  • Results-driven with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
