In this role, you will help deliver high-quality counseling services while supporting clients through assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing therapeutic care. You will play an important part in creating a consistent, supportive experience for clients and in contributing to strong clinical outcomes through collaboration and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual individual therapy sessions for clients across Texas
• Conduct intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and progress notes
• Apply evidence-based interventions such as CBT and trauma-informed care
• Collaborate with supervisors and care teams to support client outcomes

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Active Texas LPC-Associate license.
• Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant clinical records.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Some prior therapy experience, including telehealth counseling, is preferred.
• Exposure to conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans.
• Strong clinical documentation skills.
• Knowledge of CBT, trauma-informed care, and other evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
