About the Role

We are partnering with a global enterprise infrastructure platform provider that supports large organizations in modernizing legacy systems and scaling digital platforms through technologies such as integration, API management, identity, and developer platforms.

As part of their ongoing expansion across Southeast Asia, the company seeks a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive strategic growth in the region. This high-impact, individual contributor role is responsible for opening new enterprise accounts, building strategic relationships with senior technology leaders, and leading complex platform sales across large organizations. The position requires a true hunter mindset, with full ownership of the sales lifecycle from prospecting through deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a territory strategy focused on acquiring new enterprise customers across ASEAN, particularly within the financial services sector.
- Own and drive the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Identify and develop new logo opportunities through direct outreach, industry engagement, and partner ecosystems.
- Build strong relationships with CIOs, Chief Digital Officers, enterprise architects, and digital transformation leaders within target organizations.
- Collaborate closely with solutions engineers, architects, and delivery teams to drive technical workshops, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Leverage and develop partnerships with global and regional system integrators to expand market reach and support complex transformation initiatives.
- Maintain strong post-sale engagement with customers to ensure successful adoption and identify expansion opportunities.
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and sales forecasting.
- Represent the company at industry events, partner engagements, and executive briefings.
- Stay current with market trends in digital transformation, cloud adoption, modern application architectures, APIs, and microservices.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 12-15+ years of enterprise sales experience within infrastructure software, platform technologies, or enterprise SaaS.
- Proven track record of achieving multi-million dollar sales quotas within Southeast Asia.
- Strong experience selling into large enterprise organizations, particularly within banking, financial services, or regulated industries.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple technical and executive stakeholders.
- Existing relationships with enterprise technology decision makers and system integration partners within the region.
- Experience selling solutions related to integration platforms, API management, middleware, developer platforms, cloud-native infrastructure, or enterprise digital transformation technologies.
- Strong consultative selling capability with the ability to translate complex technology solutions into business value.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with experience engaging C-suite technology leaders.
