Job Summary

We are seeking a high-energy, fluent German speaker to join a well-established global B2B sales powerhouse. This is an immediate-start opportunity for a proactive professional to drive growth within our German-speaking markets. You will sit at the intersection of sales development and client management, acting as a critical link in our sophisticated sales process. If you are an ambitious influencer with a "can-do" attitude, this role offers the platform to work with world-class tools and an uncapped incentive structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the DACH region.
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships to ensure long-term retention and upselling success.
  • Execute high-volume outreach campaigns using Salesloft and Salesforce.
  • Maintain a high level of organization while multitasking between lead generation and account management tasks.
  • Deliver consistent sales results against KPIs, ensuring a premium service experience for all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to refine strategies and improve market penetration.

Requirements

  • Native or bilingual fluency in German (written and spoken).
  • Professional professional working proficiency in English.
  • Must be physically based in the UK or Europe.
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Proficiency with modern sales stacks, specifically Salesforce and Salesloft.
  • Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills with a commitment to delivery.
  • High levels of ambition and a persuasive "influencer" personality.
  • Available for an immediate start.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Prior experience in SaaS or Engineering sectors.
  • Background in specialized Sales Development (SDR/BDR) or Customer Service.
  • Demonstrated history of excellence in client-facing management roles.
