We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Agent . In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities in Egypt And GCC, guiding clients through the buying or selling process, and closing sales transactions. You will act as a key liaison between buyers and sellers, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience for all parties involved.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting and generating leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
  • Conducting property viewings and providing comprehensive information about listings.
  • Advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and financing options.
  • Negotiating sales agreements and facilitating contract processes.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to build long-term client relationships.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience in real estate sales or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
  • Good understanding of local real estate market and legal requirements.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends.
  • Possession of a car is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Open to both male and female applicants.
