About the role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer – Pega (CLSA) to join a growing Digital Products and Data & Analytics team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) and real-time interaction management, with the ability to design and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Pega-based applications, focusing on real-time interaction management.
- Architect and deliver solutions using Pega CDH (Customer Decision Hub).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable and high-performance digital solutions.
- Apply best practices in Pega application design, case management, and system integration.
- Drive technical discussions and provide guidance on architecture and design decisions.
- Work within Agile environments, contributing to sprint planning, development, and delivery.
- Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to DevOps practices.
- Support and mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) – Mandatory
- Strong hands-on experience in Pega CDH (Customer Decision Hub)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Pega PRPC development, including 2+ years as LSA
- Solid understanding of Pega application architecture, design patterns, and case management
- Experience in real-time interaction management frameworks
- Strong knowledge of integration capabilities (APIs, services, messaging systems)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Experience with Node.js is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to digital banking / fintech environments
- Experience working on enterprise-scale applications
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
