Physical Therapist Director

About the Opening

We are recruiting for a Physical Therapist Director to join an outpatient physical therapy office in Boyce, VA. This is a full-time role with an annual salary range of $90,000-$120,000 and a regular Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule.

The clinic needs a licensed PT who can lead the clinical side of the office with confidence and care. You will work with patients directly, support therapists and staff, and help make sure treatment plans, documentation, and clinic operations stay aligned.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead outpatient clinical services and patient care coordination
• Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans
• Treat patients with post-surgical, orthopedic, balance, pain, and mobility concerns
• Support staff with clinical questions and treatment progression
• Review documentation for quality and compliance
• Help maintain consistent care standards across the clinic
• Communicate with physicians, referral sources, and care partners
• Contribute to staff support, clinic systems, and patient experience

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
• Outpatient physical therapy experience required
• Prior leadership, supervisory, or clinic management experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
