We’re looking for a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who’s passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families. Your Role
- Design & Implement ABA Programs: Create individualized treatment plans that drive meaningful progress
- Conduct Assessments & Track Progress: Use data to guide clinical decisions
- Lead & Mentor Behavior Technicians: Provide supportive coaching and clinical leadership
- Collaborate with Families: Partner with caregivers to set goals and celebrate successes
- Balanced Hybrid Caseload: Enjoy flexibility with a mix of in-clinic and remote work
- Stay Current: Engage in ongoing training and evidence-based best practices
Requirements
Your Qualifications
- Active BCBA and Arizona LBA Certification – Required to ensure clinical excellence.
- Strong Communication & Coaching Skills – Able to inspire, guide, and support your colleagues effectively.
- Passion for Compassionate Care – A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality ABA services.
- Adaptable & Driven – Comfortable thriving in both clinic and remote environments, adjusting to evolving needs.

- Industry-leading Base Salary: $90K–$110K based on experience plus additional bonus potential (below)
