About the role

Mira Construction LLC is looking for an ambitious and experienced Head of Sales to lead our team, build or scale our sales processes, and drive our business growth.


Your Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies for residential and commercial properties.

Build, train, and motivate a team of sales managers (handling inbound leads, cold outreach, and meetings).

Monitor and optimise the sales process at every stage, from the first contact to closing the deal.

Work closely with the marketing department to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the entire buying process.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in real estate sales at a management level.

A deep understanding of the Uzbekistan real estate market (competitors, pricing, and transaction specifics).

Proven ability to build sales departments from scratch or manage teams of 5+ people.

Ability to work with data, analyse conversion metrics, and make decisions based on facts.

Strong leadership, results-oriented mindset, resilience, and excellent negotiation skills.

Fluency in Russian, Uzbek, and English languages.
