Location: Phoenix, AZ (On-site) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: $17.00/hour

The Role: Why it Matters

Our clients rely on us for precision. In this role, you take ownership of the document lifecycle — preparing, filing, and organizing the paperwork that drives our business. You're the key to resolving documentation issues and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What you’ll do daily:

• Court Document Logistics: Prepare, review, and print essential legal documents for court filing.

• Workflow Management: Process incoming documents from courts and process servers with speed and precision.

• Organization: Manage the lifecycle of warrants—from pulling and storing to ensuring they reach the courtroom.

• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve filing issues to keep our legal processes moving forward.

• Administrative Support: High-volume scanning, filing, mail processing, and data entry.

What We're Looking For

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.

• Experience: Previous experience in office admin or a legal setting is a plus, but we are happy to train someone with the right drive.

• Skills: Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office) and the ability to stay focused while managing a high volume of paperwork.

• Mindset: You take pride in accuracy, respond well to feedback, and enjoy meeting daily goals.
