Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design of product features – including discovery, ideation, prototyping and polished UICollaborate with engineering to ensure high-quality implementationRun lightweight research and usability testingPartner with product and business stakeholders to define problems, scope, and solutionsContribute to brand design needs, including marketing visuals, campaign assets, and sales decksEnsure visual consistency across brand and product touchpointsWhat We Are Looking For
4+ years of experience in a senior design roleExperience working in a fast-paced startup environment for a SaaS businessPortfolio of shipped work showing strong visual and interaction design. We’re looking for clarity, craft, and business impact – not just conceptual workExperience designing thoughtful user journeys and edge cases across multi-step workflows—not just screensAn exceptional eye for visual design—typography, layout, hierarchy, and polish matter deeply to youProficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and WebflowExceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to articulate design concepts and gain buy-in from stakeholders.Experience with design systems, programming, or AI technical tools (optional but valued)You should be excited about startups and not looking for an easy job.
