- Build relationships with motivated sellers and investment partners
- Leverage warm leads, systems, and tools to evaluate opportunities
- Negotiate and close real estate investment transactions
- Collaborate with leadership and internal partners to drive acquisition success

Qualifications & Requirements
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License OR willingness to obtain one (guidance and support through the licensing process provided)
- Strong sales, negotiation, relationship-building, or business development mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Highly accountable with strong follow-through
- In-office role, Monday–Friday
- Collaborative, high-performance team environment
- Up to 10% travel for local meetings or property visits
