The position is on-site from our office in Sofia.
German-Speaking Customer Support Advisor, you will assist customers of a leading Swiss telecommunications provider, delivering outstanding service while identifying sales opportunities and maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Provide customer support via inbound calls
- Analyse and resolve customer inquiries
- Provide information on administrative and technical topics (products, billing, etc.)
- Perform updates in internal systems
- Escalate issues or calls to other departments when necessary
Requirements
You are the one we’re looking for if you have:
- German language level C1 is mandatory
- Customer-oriented mindset and approach
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Willingness to work in shifts (9 a.m. – 10 p.m.) including weekends
