Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Business Growth & Marketing Director for one of our partners, an industry leader in Insurance and Financial Services Sector!
Objective:
The Business Growth & Marketing Director drives business growth through strategic partnerships, new product creation, and brand-led customer experiences. Represents at corporate networking events, manages relationships with insurance providers and premium medical service providers, and leads a brand-oriented customer service function.
Responsibilities:
Marketing & Branding:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital and offline channels.
- Create and oversee branding materials that reinforce company identity and market positioning.
- Lead external communications and content creation to strengthen brand awareness.
- Represent the company at corporate networking events annually for lead generation and brand positioning.
Customer Excellence:
- Establish a branded customer service function aligned with the company’s identity.
- Collaborate with Customer Service & Sales teams to deliver premium client experience.
- Drive initiatives that enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.-
- Craft special service programs for key accounts.
- Optimize value proposition across all products and customer touchpoints.
Provider Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance providers, brokers, and medical service providers.
- Negotiate and optimize provider agreements to enhance company offerings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, ensuring long-term collaboration & support business growth.
Collaborations & Innovation:
- Carry out the creation of new products and programs.
- Identify and pursue strategic collaborations that expand market reach.
- Explore new markets, premium services, and innovative solutions to strengthen propositions.
- Create new insurance products and craft special service programs tailored to key accounts.
Strategic Growth & Leadership:
- Define and execute the company’s business growth roadmap in alignment with corporate objectives.
- Develop, manage, and continuously improve the Premium Program.
- Craft special service programs for key accounts.
Leadership & Strategic Direction:
- Provide vision and direction to align business development and marketing initiatives with corporate objectives.
- Act as a champion of ideas, driving innovation and positioning as a premium brand in the region.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration, ensuring Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service strategies are integrated for maximum impact.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to guide strategic priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven networking capabilities and a well-connected profile.
- Strong brand identity mindset and ability to champion ideas.
- Experience creating new products or programs from scratch.
- Strong Background in business development, partnerships, or brand marketing (insurance/health services preferred).
- Experience managing provider relationships (insurance companies, clinics).
- Proven ability to extend brand identity and placement into new corporate environments and events.
- Independent and proactive personality.
